What exactly do I get?
A written map with three places AI could earn its keep in a business like yours, each matched to the systems you already run and each with an indicative price. It arrives by email within 48 hours. Not a brochure, not a call summary — a document you can forward to your partners.
It's free. What's the catch?
There isn't one, and the honest reason is that most businesses don't yet know what to ask an AI consultancy for. Twelve honest answers from you is a fair trade for that. If the map is useful and you never speak to us again, that's a fine outcome.
Do I have to get on a call?
No, and nothing is booked unless you book it. Most people take the map first and then book the free 30-minute AI Opportunity Call to walk through it — that call is free whether you have a map or not, and it is a different thing from the paid Discovery & Prototype session.
Do you need access to our systems or data?
No. Twelve questions, nothing plugged in, nothing connected, nothing installed. That is also why the map names opportunities rather than proving them — verifying them is what the paid audit is for.
What if AI is not right for our business?
Then the map says so, in writing, with the reasoning. We would rather tell you to spend the money elsewhere this year than manufacture a recommendation to fill a page. AI genuinely isn't the right investment for every business.
What happens after the map? What does it cost?
Four steps, and the first two are free. The map costs nothing. A 30-minute AI Opportunity Call to walk through it costs nothing either. If you want to go further, a Discovery & Prototype session is $990 — usually $2,999 — and you leave it with a working prototype, credited back in full if you go on to build. Only then do we scope and price a build, fitted to your budget rather than a rate card.
Will you keep emailing me?
Your map, then at most one follow-up. Reply at any point and the follow-up never sends. Once you have been through this you cannot be added to a later campaign — that is a setting in our system, not a good intention.
Is the map written by AI?
It is drafted by our engine and then read, corrected and signed by Omar before it reaches you. Our whole pitch is that AI executes and humans decide; it would be a strange business that did not apply that to its own first deliverable.
Who is this for?
Established New Zealand businesses of roughly 5 to 50 people, in any sector — trades and construction, clinics and healthcare, hospitality, retail and ecommerce, transport and logistics, manufacturing, real estate, and professional services like accounting, legal and engineering. If you run a business with staff and repeatable admin, the map will find something.
